My Little Helper

Last night, my wonderful 9 year old daughter did wash. No, I did not bribe her with candy or a shopping trip, she did it all on her own. And not just one load either. She set up shop in the bathroom (which is where the small, compact, can fit one sock at a time washer/dryer is) and did 3 loads of her own laundry. She had a chair and her Nintendo DS and just hung out in there! As soon as one load was done in the dryer she would take it out, put the wet clothes in and put in a new load. I walked in her bedroom and there she was sitting on the floor with little folded laundry piles around her.  God is good people!!! I am a happy person this morning. Thanks honey!!! You are the best daughter a mom could ask for.
