Snot sucks!

I know we have all been there. Your kid is congested, cant sleep, cant breathe and is just all around miserable. When my 3rd grader brought a nasty cold home to my then one month old son I felt helpless. I tried the humidifier, sat in the steamy bathroom & without much success tried to relieve some congestion by using one of those nasal aspirators. Nothing worked!!!! So I turned to my trusty friend Google in search of a better solution.  When what to my wondering eyes should appear but the Nosefrida.

At first look this little contraption can be intimidating, its definitely not your run of the mill snot sucker. You are literally sucking the snot out of your child's nose - with your mouth. Don't judge people, these are desperate times. I can assure you that you will not get snot in your mouth (unless you accidentally put the part in your mouth that you are supposed to insert into little one's nose - which I have done - ewww). This thing really does work & you will thank your luck stars that you bought it. What I love about the Nosefrida is :
  • It  cannot be inserted to far into baby's nose due to the way the tip is shaped so you don't have to worry about causing any injury.
  • It's made from non-allergenic, latex-free polypropylene so its BPA & Phthalate free.
  • You get the satisfaction of hearing and seeing the snot you have sucked out so you know its working.
  • Its dishwasher safe and also quite easy to wash by hand.
  • Its uses a filter so you don't have to worry about inhaling germs.
I really would recommend this to every mom out there & plan on giving it as a shower gift to all my knocked up friends. If you want to read more about it you can visit the Nosefrida site. Happy snot sucking!
